Casualty Returns

The Casualty Returns, or Wreck Returns as they are sometimes referred to, record the total losses of vessels worldwide within incremental periods.

Lloyd's of London Missing Vessels Books

The Lloyd's of London Missing Vessel books are a unique manuscript resource listing all ships posted as missing to Lloyd's of London. Originally used to settle insurance claims, the books were produced from 1874-1954.

Lists of Surveyors

The Lists of Surveyors (1834-1972) contain the names of Lloyd's Register surveyors and the ports to which they were appointed.

This is a historical statistical table showing ship construction data organized by country, with columns for iron and steel vessels, and categories for sail and steam ships. The table appears to be from an old document, showing tonnage figures for countries including United Kingdom, British Colonies, United States, Austria-Hungary, Denmark, France, Germany, and Holland/Belgium.
